I spent almost a decade building a career I was proud of. In my last role, I was making six figures, working 12-hour days, with barely enough energy left for anything else.
The anxiety before my meetings was crippling. I stayed caffeinated all day, crashed by 3pm, and reached for more caffeine just to push through. By 7pm, it was wine to switch off. Every morning brought a new breakout, and no matter how "good" I tried to be or how much I exercised, I hated what I saw in the mirror.
I told myself it was just the cost of ambition.
Here's what nobody tells you: the generic plans you see on social media keep failing because they're not built for a life like yours. Every diet, every fitness fad, every "just eat less" plan asked me to choose my career or my health, my ambition or my body. I refused that trade-off. So I stopped looking for another plan and went to find out why my body was actually struggling.
I trained as a BANT Registered Nutritional Therapist and Personal Trainer, not to learn another diet, but to understand the physiology behind why I felt the way I did. It was never about restriction or willpower. It was about working with my body instead of constantly fighting it.
That's the exact system behind The Realign Method, the programme I needed first, before I ever coached a single client with it.
