Meet Ali, Nutritionist in Woking for Ambitious Professionals

Hi, I’m Alison!

I know what it's like to be the person who looks like they've got it all together.

Calendar full, always showing up, and quietly running on high-functioning anxiety. I was stuck in the same loop: "good" all week, then undoing it all at the weekend. Restrictive diets and pushing harder at the gym didn't account for the life I was actually living, so none of it stuck.

Things shifted when I stopped asking what I was doing wrong and started looking at why I felt the way I did. I was crashing every afternoon, wired at night, and never properly fuelled for the pace I was keeping. Once I learned to eat in a way that kept my energy steady and my stress in check, the food noise went quiet, the weekend cycle stopped, and I finally felt comfortable in my own skin.

Now I help ambitious professionals do the same.

Whether your days are deadlines and back-to-back meetings, on-call rotas, client demands, or a classroom of 30, The Realign Method gives you steady energy, a clearer head, and a body you feel good in, without giving up meals out, travel, or the foods you actually enjoy.

A few things about me:

  • My one non-negotiable: moving my body every day

  • My go-to dinner order: fish and a big plate of vegetables

  • On my nightstand: a sleep mask and a glass of water

  • The supplement I never travel without: electrolytes

  • Where you'll find me on a Sunday: in the spa at David Lloyd

The Realign Method is my 6-month 1:1 nutrition programme built around real life.

  • One-to-one coaching sessions, every two weeks

  • Messaging support between sessions

  • A personalised nutrition and training strategy that works with client dinners, travel and back-to-back meetings

  • Mindset coaching woven through the whole programme

  • Data-drive with monthly progress check-ins so you always know it’s working

Results that speak for themself:

“One of my clients, an IT Professional came to me exhausted and relying on sleeping tablets to get through the night. By changing how he ate, and working alongside his GP, he came off the sleeping tablets completely and found the energy to start growing his own business.”
