Nutritionist in Cobham for Busy Working Parents and Professionals

Hi, I’m Alison!

I know what it's like to be the person who looks like they've got it all together.

Calendar full, always showing up, and quietly running on high-functioning anxiety. I was stuck in the same loop: "good" all week, then undoing it all at the weekend. Restrictive diets and pushing harder at the gym didn't account for the life I was actually living, so none of it stuck.

Things shifted when I stopped asking what I was doing wrong and started looking at why I felt the way I did. I was crashing every afternoon, wired at night, and never properly fuelled for the pace I was keeping. Once I learned to eat in a way that kept my energy steady and my stress in check, the food noise went quiet, the weekend cycle stopped, and I finally felt comfortable in my own skin.

I now help busy professionals and working parents across Cobham and Elmbridge get their energy, focus and confidence back, without giving up the foods they enjoy.

How The Realign Method works:

A 6-month 1:1 programme built around family meals, client dinners and travel.

  • One-to-one sessions, every two weeks

  • Messaging support between sessions

  • A personalised nutrition plan that works for the whole household

  • Confidence and mindset coaching throughout

  • Progress check-ins every 6 weeks

Results that speak for themself:

“One of my clients, an IT Professional came to me exhausted and relying on sleeping tablets to get through the night. By changing how he ate, and working alongside his GP, he came off the sleeping tablets completely and found the energy to start growing his own business.”

A young woman with blonde hair sits on a pink couch, smiling at the camera. She is wearing a light blue robe, with her legs crossed. Behind her are two framed artworks with bold, colorful text that read 'OH' and 'COACH'. The couch has yellow pillows with orange and white face illustrations.

A few things about me:

  • My one non-negotiable: moving my body every day

  • My go-to dinner order: fish and a big plate of vegetables

  • On my nightstand: a sleep mask and a glass of water

  • The supplement I never travel without: electrolytes

  • Where you'll find me on a Sunday: in the spa at David Lloyd
