Before working in nutrition, I spent years in high-pressure corporate environments where long hours, constant availability and sustained high performance were seen as essential for success.

Wellbeing initiatives existed, yet stress was often worn as a badge of honour. Energy crashes were managed with excessive coffee and convenience snacks, while after-work drinks became the default way to unwind.

When productivity dipped or burnout led to absence, the response was usually reactive rather than preventative.

This made me question whether the real issue was motivation, engagement or something more fundamental.

What if wellbeing support targeted the underlying drivers of performance, not just visible behaviours?

In reality, one-size-fits-all approaches worked for some employees but not others. Uptake was uneven, and behaviour change rarely lasted.

That experience led me to specialise in personalised nutrition for organisations.

Today, I work with People & Culture and HR teams to implement practical, physiology-led nutrition support that meets individuals where they are, while remaining scalable, inclusive and measurable.

The result is more consistent engagement, improved energy and focus, reduced burnout risk, and the adoption of positive habits that support sustainable performance across teams.
