Free Masterclass: From Perks to Performance

How Personalised Nutrition at Scale drives Engagement, Performance & Retention

A practical 30-minute online session for wellbeing champions, HR leaders and people managers showing how personalised nutrition can be delivered at scale to support individuals across different needs, roles, workloads and lifestyles.

DATE: Thursday 9th April

TIME : 12PM GMT

LOCATION: Zoom (online)

You’ve invested in mental health support, gym benefits and employee education…

but impact is mixed.

Some employees engage…

whilst others switch off.

And yet, despite best intentions, outcomes remain inconsistent.

Burnout-related absence is still rising.
Energy and focus vary widely across teams.
People are turning up to work, but not fully present.

This isn’t an engagement issue.
It’s a physiological one.

People respond differently to workload, stress and recovery demands, and generic wellbeing support rarely accounts for this variation.

This is where personalised nutrition at scale becomes powerful.

Rather than delivering the same advice to everyone, personalised nutrition uses simple data points, context and behaviour to meet individuals where they are, supporting energy, focus and resilience in ways that fit different roles, workloads and lifestyles.

When delivered at scale, this approach improves relevance, engagement and consistency of outcomes, without increasing complexity.

How to deliver personalised nutrition at scale

Sustainable behaviour change across individuals and teams

In this 30-minute session, wellbeing leaders will discover:

Why one-size-fits-all wellbeing initiatives fail to deliver consistent outcomes across the workforce
• How physiological differences drive variation in energy, focus, resilience and performance
• How personalised nutrition can be implemented across organisations without increasing complexity or cost
• Practical frameworks for meeting employees where they are across different roles, workloads and lifestyles
• How targeted support leads to consistent adoption of positive habits across teams
• What to measure to assess engagement, behaviour change and performance impact

Designed for organisations looking to move beyond wellbeing activity and towards measurable outcomes.

This masterclass is designed for People & Culture teams who:

✔ Are responsible for workforce wellbeing, engagement and performance outcomes
✔ Are seeing uneven uptake or impact from existing wellbeing initiatives
✔ Want to move beyond one-size-fits-all talks and generic guidance
✔ Are supporting diverse roles, workloads and working patterns across the organisation
✔ Need scalable approaches that meet individuals where they are
✔ Are focused on consistent adoption of positive habits across teams, not just awareness or attendance
✔ Want practical frameworks that translate wellbeing investment into measurable impact

What others say

I’ve sat through countless wellbeing workshops, but this is the first that actually changed the way we design our policies. Alison connects nutrition to performance in a way that is impossible to ignore.
— Katie, HR Director
The masterclass gave us clear insight into where we were going wrong. We were investing in wellbeing initiatives, but not addressing the biological foundations employees need to actually feel well. Thank you Alison.
— Laura, Wellbeing Manager
Alison helped us understand why employees weren’t just ‘tired’, they were physiologically depleted. Within weeks of applying her strategies, we saw improvements in afternoon focus and fewer complaints of burnout.
— Rachel, Headof People & Culture

Meet your host

A woman with blonde hair in a blue shirt holding a bowl of salad and a fork, standing in a bright kitchen.

Hi, I’m Alison Diss, a BANT Registered Nutritionist (PG Dip, mBANT, rCNHC), functional nutrition expert, and founder of Alison Diss Nutrition.

With a decade of experience in fast-paced corporate environments, I’ve l learnt first-hand how easy it is to put your health last when work gets busy, and now help teams and wellbeing leaders to build cultures of sustainable health, where people can perform at their best without burning out.

I’m fascinated by the science of how food, stress, hormones, and energy regulation all connect. When you understand how these systems work together, you stop chasing balance and start sustaining it.

This is your invitation to take a more proactive approach to wellbeing, one built on insight, not overwhelm.

Because when people feel well, they show up better for work, for their teams, and for themselves.
