In my teens and twenties, anxiety, constant breakouts and a poor body image ruled my life, draining my confidence. Years of restrictive dieting and intense workouts left me confused and desperate for solutions.
Discovering nutrition was life-changing! Simple dietary changes gave me more energy, improved my skin, sharpened my mind, and transformed my body. I was amazed by how little focus there is on nutrition, despite its power to improve health and well-being.
